Thursday night we went to Emeril’s in the MGM. what a feast! We had the three course special. Check it out! We were not hungry when we left!
I had a lettuce wedge, yummy, lots of bleu cheese, and dan had lobster bisque.
They brought out their signature cornbread. It was a good southern sweet cornbread!
Dan ordered roasted trout and I had the short ribs. Those ribs were melt in your mouth. Our waiter told us they started cooking them at 3am! There were roasted veggies and garlic mashed potatoes.
Then came dessert, pecan pie and the famous Emeril’s banana cream pie! The slice of banana was so big. I tried my best but could not finish it. It made me sad to leave even a crumb!
Back to the casino after for a night cap and a little gambling, then up to bed. Another decadent day in Sin City!
